What type of accent. Who cares. You have to be confident. Women love confident men, those are the ones who seem to doop us the most. Just go in as if you KNOW you got what it takes to make her smile. Make friends. Friends are the easiest to grow with, because thay can look past any thing YOU may think is a flaw, but can in fact be the very thing that turns them on. By the way, I love accents, and so do 80% of all other normal women who appreciate ethnicity.

girls love accents, and i think they kind of like a little shyness, but with confidence if you know what i mean. you can be shy but know what you want, and know what you can offer her, friendship, unconditional love, you find a girl you like, write her a note, and tell her what's up, tell her your shy and that it took everything you had to write her this note, and that you would hope that she would give you a chance to get to know her. then when you get the chance, keep it simple, go somewhere you can have enough time to talk if it's needed but not enough to be stale, something that you might be good at to help you keep some confidence up.
