WHAT IT IS SAYING IS THAT YOUR DAUGHTER'S RECORD IS SEALED. NO ONE ( SUSPOSELY) CAN READ IT. BUT BELIEVE ME THAT IS A JOKE. MY SON'S IS ON THE INTERNET FROM WHEN HE WAS 12 AND GOT A TICKET ON HIS SKATE BOARD.
