Now this is one seriousl gender biased question and I don't particularly appreciate that. I don't want to get into whether other men can be just friends or not but I am myself totally straightforward. I've never thought of even dating even a single female friend or colleague of mine and mind you there are a lot of women in my social circle. So yeah, judging from my example, men can be just friends without thinking about sex.
There indeed are perverts but you can't blame the whole race for that. There are lots of people like me.

Yes it is possible. I have a guy friend and he is just a friend..however he is my best friend. We laugh, joke alot, have a beer or two.. play games, share our thoughts, dreams, our life problems and it is just absolutely great. Once we did think of maybe becoming intimate.. after we had been friends for almost 5 years.. however we decided against it due to the fact it would ruin our friendship. The friendship was worth more than the fling. I feel that I could trust him with anything I had to say or vice versa. We are as close as two people could possibly be (and not be married). I can read his face and tell you if something is bothering him and he can distinguish that little something in my voice when we talk on the phone that something isnt quite right. So.. yes it is possible and it is also very wonderful. Good Luck.

no
we are looking for
beer
food
cars
video games
and tools too
thats why you see complaints by girls asking if men are obsessed with what I just mentioned. the girls feel ignored and want more sex
because that all girls think about
boys, getting married, will he like this or that....it all comes down to sex.
I have a question if guys are the ones who only think about sex, why do girls dress "sexy" and guys wear what is appropriate for the task or weather?
also I have seen Qs on here where a girl falls for her long time guy friend and wants to know how to tell him

Hmm, with your question and so many other similar ones, I feel like I'm either special or abnormal in a bad way. Well, as long as I don't die alone, it doesn't matter either way, I guess. I'm sure there are quite a few others around here who share my beliefs on when and whom to have sex with. Human sex is not only a reproductive act but also symbolizes love, trust and commitment.
I've had female friends and have never thought of them sexually or romantically. Well, except one, whom I'm interested in, but again, not for random sex.

Yes men can be friends without having sex. What you have to watch is to make sure your man is not friends with any hoes.....do you get what I mean (they can never be trused)? But on the real... it is possible. Some of my friends are my type but our relationship is on a different level where sex would be step backwards.

Let me put it this way: Guys are pre-programmed to procreate. That was our function many thousands of years ago when continuing the bloodline was as important as breathing. We are a more civilized society, but men still have that instinct to mate with women. So, the answer to your question is, Yes. Men look for women in a sexual way because they have millions of years of evolutionary instincts telling them to do so. Is that ALL we are interested in? No, but if you find us unattractive, we will find someone who does.

Yes, it's possible for a man to want to date and not want to push sex. I am dating a very sweet, respectful man who has made it clear he wants a solid relationship and we are building a wonderful thing together. We are waiting until the right time to make love.

Yes, there are guys who are respectful to women and enjoy being friends. However, after reading the stuff I read on Yahoo from women....it is no srurpise to me at the way they are treated. Women prostitute themselves, act disrespectful to themselves, settle for crumbs, are aggressive and degrading.....on and on. You get what you ask for. Learn from this.
