There isn't a day that goes by in which I don't express my love to the ones I love the most. Like my children and my husband. I tell them I love you several times a day because to me it's important that they know that I love and respect them with all my heart and that I will always be there for them no matter what. I also enjoy letting them know that I appreciate all their little tokens of love so very much whether it's a big wet kiss from one of my children, a beautiful drawing they made or some flowers they picked for me or that cup of tea in the morning and all the other small things that both my children and my husband do for me. I love you are three very special words for me and they mean a lot especially when they are truly meant like they are in my family and I love to say I love you to the ones I love and I will always continue to do so because I want them to know that they will always be loved for who the are and that they are always free to be what they are and to follow their hearts and make their dreams come true.

5 minuets ago to my husband, we say it constantly everyday, its the first words to each other in the morning and the last ones at night before we go to sleep, even if we have had a row.
When you say I love you, it has to be meant and right from the heart, its not just a phrase its a truth, hope you have lots of people you say it to cause you seem a nice person and hope you get all the love back you deserve.

Not long enough . I do it frequently . You never know about tomorrow so I just don't sit back and wait for some special day to tell special people in my life that they are the colours of my life . And I love telling it .

Yes those little words do mean alot but only say them if you really mean them. Its even worse if its said just like you would say hello or goodbye.
