Well, no wonder! I didnt know you are a nonbeliever, but questioning. If that is what this question is implying; I dont want to assume anything
...you should definitely start researching. The best thing to read is the Bible:Romans. It has everything you would need to know if you are a new believer, or questioning.

I believe that God has a plan for all of us. I was once told that from the time that i was even thought of, He knew just every step of my life's path, from the beginning until the end. That's alot of responsibility for Him to have to take on, being that their are so many of us to keep up with...smile When God died, there were many that didn't' believe in Him, but that didn't make Him go away...smile When people ask me how can i believe in something, someone, that i can't see, i tell them, God is like love, i can't see it, but i feel it and i know it's there. So yes, i believe that He does have a plan for non believers. That's just my opinion.

God has a plan for all of us. he has from the very beginning, and even if we dont trust that he will be there for us, he always will. if you think about these statistics, only two percent of the world is of the christian faith, while the rest are either of some other belief in god, or non-believers. do you think God would only be there for those few people? no. God has open arms to every person on this planet because he created all of us, and he saved us all from sin and death by giving up his one and only son to suffer and die for all of man on the cross so that we may live in his grace and be free from the bondage of sin. to me that's something pretty awesome. dontcha think?

Revelation21:8 But the fearful and unbelieving, and the abomniable, and murders, and whoremongers, and sorcerers and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their place in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstorne which is the second death.
Revelation 20:10 And the devil that decieved them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet are, and shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever. Revelation 20:11thru 15 is also good reading if this has your curiosity up.

Plan is right: if he knows everything, including who is going to heaven or hell BEFORE he rudely plucks them from non-existence, then your destiny was set before you were even created. He could easily have chosen to create a version of each individual that he knew would eventually arrive at heaven, but instead, in an infinitude of possible persons, chose to bring into existence some real nasty mothers. You might as well be gods little wind up toy...some pointed towards eternal bliss, others pointed towards a fiery pit...

Yes, He gives us free will that allows us to live for Him or to live for Satan. No matter how sinful we are, He forgives us for those sins, if we repent and accept Him as our Lord and Saviour. We can do that at any time. However, if we die and have not been saved, the plan is already in place. You will go to Hell. There are only two options-- Heaven or Hell! We have a choice where we want to spend eternity, but it is our choice to make. God does not force it on you, it is something you have to want and ask for. But it is yours for the asking!

Are you saying that the mind of God, a being so infinite and complex as to be incomprehensible to the mind of man, can be contained and knowable within the pages of a book that says there's only one plan?
If so, you're putting yourself above God by saying that you can know his mind by reading the Christian Bible, and therefore know all there is to know.
If not, how do you know that there's only one plan? There could be billions.
You don't know. You can't. No one can.

God has a plan for everyone, He cares for all and not just the believer. God gave is only SON, Jesus to die for all and not for the believers only. You should know that before a believer become a believers they were non believer but God has plan for them. Before we came to earth HE plan(ed), HE wasn't just send us here, But HE PLAN. He give us Freedom to choose whether to choose to live for HIM or not. If you choose to live for HIM, His planned place for You is a place of eternity live but if you choose live for satan and his lies you will burn in hell... GOD PLANNED FOR EVERYONE EVEN FOR THE ANIMALS AND FOR THE ROCK...
