It's not gonna help you lose weight. Usually green tea herbs are found in a lot of diet supplements. It supposedly helps boost your metabolism. As in, it gives you more energy to work with, but by no means does green tea go and attack fatty tissue.

I drink green tea everyday. It has alot of antioxidants in it. I have never lost weight from it and a study showed that it will NOT help you lose weight. Its all about the marketing. If you market motor oil well enough as a weight loss suppliment some poeple might go and start drinking that too.

Never heard of using it to lose weight. But like anything, it should be taken in moderation, and there are no side effects. Same with black tea.
Coffee can cause the jitters.

I drink decaff tea. But some times green tea. Drink all you can.Won't hurt you. Eat very little bread, potatoes no fried food, non- fat foods, little garlic bread every couple of weeks. Eat veggys anb fruit Stay under 1,100 calories a day. Pem Diet Good luck Pem

Unless you are just going to drink the tea and not eat anything I wouldn't count on it helping you to lose any weight.

yes! if you dont want to ever sleep again and have mood swings then take green tea. in fact i took green tea pills so that may be better because the tea actually made my friend really really sick like vomit sick and she still kept on drinking which is so stupid.

green tea isn't used as a weight control tool.

it's antioxident properties theoretically are what keep the chinese living longer.

do not bother it does not work it is just another scam from the get rich quick merchants to line their pockets with our money .they prey on the fears and worries of others and charge a fortune to all who buy it
