IT WILL DEPEND ON THE GUY AND OW IT REACTS TO WHAT U HAVE DONE...BUT BEING UP FRONT WITH HIM IS THE BEST THING THAT U CAN DO. NO ONE WANTS HIDDEN THINGS IN A RELATIONSHIP..GOOD LUCK

You think a mere sorry patches things up? Sorry is just a five letter word, easy to say. You poke a hole in a wall and sorry does not patch the wall. Now you want to lecture the aggrieved guy? You think sorry is a free get out of jail pass and now everything is hunky dory? You tell me why you think you even have the right to lecture him?
Sorry just does not get it done, unless the sorry is heartfelt and humble and is a prelude to a determined "I will never do that again".
You have to understand the dynamic of wronging a person and hurting that person. You hurt him. He feels pain. He wants you to pay for what you did. You need to pay. You owe a debt. So what do you pay with. You pay with genuine sorrow and regret to the degree that in his mind the debt is paid. You need to humble yourself. He does not have to forgive you. That is out of your hands. Your job is to humble yourself and offer sincere apologies with the determination never to repeat that behavior again. Your job is not to lecture him.

Tell him exactly how you feel and why you feel that way. There is nothing bad that ever comes out of telling the honest truth. Good luck

If you tell him what you think he should do, he will leave or you should just end it. Your relationship is not going anywhere if you are telling him what to do, and do you really want to date a guy that you have to tell what to do all the time?

Some guys are stubborn and unforgiving. Some are willing to listen. Personally, I'll be curious on what you have to say.

All you can do when you screw up is be honest and open about it. But there's no guarantee he'll open up to you. That's the consequences of your actions.

It depends on what happened and the guy himself.
