The majority of fast food workers do not do that, but some people are just bad seeds in general or are angry at a particular customer, and so they retaliate in disgusting ways - like that. it's possible the women got the warts from oral sex, though, which seems a lot more likely. :)

Not all people that work at McDonalds/BurgerKing behave like that. Most of the workers are just normal people that want their paycheck at the end of the week. People have probably gotten their food spitten in at a nice restaurant.. some people are scumbags and do dirty things no matter where they work.

Most fast food restaurants have their kitchen operations in sight of the customer, allowing all to see the process. While it's not unheard of employees adding their own special sauce, the opportunity is very rare for it to happen, especially during busier business hours.

i use to work in a fast food restaurant and to my knowledge the cookers out the back don't interact with the customers when cooking there food so it's not a personal attack but yea people can be unhygienic all the time but people like that should be put in jail

My mother in law managed hotels and restaurants. I worked for her sometimes and she told me the story of her drunken chef. A woman came in for a steak one Saturday night and complained about it being medium rare - the steak went back to the chef who stood on it slapped it back in the grill, then spat on it and served it.
The worst bit is he did this every Saturday to this poor woman's steak. Also I would advise anybody in their right senses not to cross a good waitress - big bad idea. I have witnessed what they are capable of. In fact now I never eat out. I have served royalty and they are treated exactly the same way as ordinary people. Never complain or never eat anything after complaining.

I won't comment on the individual chains you mention, because I have no specific knowledge of their situations. However, I will comment on the restaurant business in general. I worked in a restaurant during high school and college. I will tell you that I never do anything to offend restaurant staff. And you shouldn't either.
