Just wondering why do some Protestants feel such a need to disrespect us Catholics?

Honestly I don't think we Catholics spend near as much time trying to insult Protestants or anger them. IF these people are truly trying to follow Christ don't you think they would not be so judgemental?(Aren't you glad we don't judge you all by Jim Baker and Jimmy Swaggert?)

my family were all protestant until we were told that we couldnt attend the funeral of a very close friend in a chapel
thats the day we left our faith as our friend meant so much more to us

The protestants disrespect you so much because if you lift the rug up you will find how much garbage and lies they are trying to hide from the public. I went to a protastant church and this is no lie the people of the church had to remove a bed out of the ministers office and he was not using it ti sleep in. Let no one judge you, but i've found out in my life that one religion will damn another religion!

we are called to be witnesses for Christ...not judge or jury....that is God's job.

Catholic according to the dictionary means undivided ancient Church....aren't we all united in Christ, hence we are all Catholics....perhaps not Roman Catholics, which designates the Vatican church......but in Christ we are all united.
