Yuck.
1. McNasty - too much sodium and sugar. Bad for your health.
2. Subway - if the bread is fresh, this is a good choice.
3. Chinese - again...SO-DI-UMMMMM. Way too much. And oil.
3. Burger King - see 'McNasty' above.
4. Pizza - can be good, depending on your choice. Opt for a whole wheat crust and meatless (or LEAN meat) toppings.
5. Wendy's - at least you can get a salad with your value meal.
So...you can make a smart decision from my analyses. I have confidence in you.

I would say pig's foot, but its not on the list (Just kidding). As much as I love every single one of these places I say stick to subway. My reason is because you might be able to find something there that is more healthy than the other places.

Such unhealthy choices :o( you can make healthy decisions at the restaurants if you need to... for instance, I'd go to subway and get a sandwich spilling over with veggies, but leave off the cheese and mayo.
