Unfortunately your question is very vague. I wish there were a few more details such as :what kind of parrot, when did you get this parrot, from where, how old is the parrot, what did you give it to eat, has it been healthy up to now. I think the best thing for you to do is to submit another question with more details. Meanwhile, symptoms such as those are not good. It really needs an Avian vet without delay. If this is what you are going to do, be sure to bring an uncontaminated sample of the droppings to be analyzed. All ill birds need warmth. I usually use a heat lamp bulb and cover the cage slightly. Don't cook the bird by putting the heat lamp directly on it. Other than that it's hard to say without more details. I have to ask - but are you sure it's still trying to live? They usually don't lie down or cuddle in a corner unless ---------I wish I could help more.

I am sorry to say your bird is quite ill if laying in the corner of the cage and will not eat. If you can get some fluid into it my adivice would be yo put Critical Care Formula from Vetark. Your vet should have this available or order on line from www.vetark.co.uk of tel 0870 2430384. 1 teaspoon in 200ml of drinking water. This is a complementary food.Try with out making your bird distressed dribbling a little into its beak with a pippett. You really need to get a vet to see your bird asap but one who is an avian vet. Good luck

pick him up and if he is still moving and want to fight a little you need to take him to a vet. if you have tried a new food some thing could be wrong in that way. but i think the vet is the best bet. and take him as soon as possible like in the nezt few hours

parrots eat fruits and veggies, do put some inhis cage. if that doesnt help then take it to the vet, it might have mites so bad that it is making him sick
