If someone broke your heart long time ago and you see him a year later, he apologizes and his excuse is was..... he was afraid.
Not to mention...... You and him have an amazing connection...... to you he is still a good soul. What to do?

Sometimes the saying that absence makes the heart grow fonder seems rather true. The thing to remember is it doesn't make an earlier wrong a right if you catch my drift. That being said , what are the differences now than from one year ago when he broke your heart? I personally wouldn't take the risk again , sometimes letting the heart rule your head can be very painful .Good luck with your decision , I hope all works out well for you . Remember be careful if you chose to risk it again , you sound like a nice person . Nice people seem the ones who are hurt the most.

Fear can and will do the stupidest things to a relationship. Depending on what it was he did, it could very well be true. My question would be is he going to let fear get in the way again or is he going to stick through this time? I would say give him a second chance. We all deserve one (even the worst of us). But after that no more chances.
