we-ll first of all you might want to soak it in olive oil, or baby oil for around an hour, and then wash it well. Also brush it carefully dont pull on it causing split ends, keep it moisturized, and get it trimmed every 4-6 months.
That should keep it healthy! It works great for mine!

Tell us details...like what type of hair you have??
Without knowing, I can generically tell you that most of the health of your hair, nails and skin is made from the inside out. Eat lots of fresh fruit and veggies, get your essential omega-3 fatty acids. That's good fats, not the bad ones. Drink lots of water - about 64-82 oz. per day. Be sure to take a multi vitamin. GNC has a great vitamin for hair and nails. It really works.
Your hair issues might not be what you're putting on it, but if you're putting a lot of moisture products on it, be sure to use a clarifier once a week to get rid of the build up on the hair shaft.
I can say this with confidence - my hair used to shed a lot, but I changed my diet completely, started taking vitamins, cut out a lot of bad things I was eating and my hair grew down my back. My nails no longer chip and break off. And I lost a lot of weight to boot.

ues good shampoo and moisturizers I will suggetion pantene
it works wondres in my hair. take good care of your hair and it will grow I found out wraping your hair with a scaf helps keep it moisturized I don't know how it keeps you hair moisturized but let me tell you it is awesome. here is how you wrap your hair it has to be flat in order for this to work take a bursh or a comb and brush your hair down so that you can see the middle of your scap then take the comb and begin to wrap it in a circle with a hard bricel bush then when you are down with that get a scarf and put it on so that your hair will stay wraped during the night.
hope I blessed you with your hair

Try the olive oil....massage into scalp and wrap in towel for and hour. Also take the over the counter borage oil capsules. My mom does this (in her 50's) and her hair is to her rear and healthy :)
