annoy/blackmail him
seriously, u should let him kno ur boss and that the ruder he acts the less it will be good for him. Also, try the method of not getting annoyed with him. He'll get tired of something he wants to do to annoy you and ull gain that way. I also have a brother with the same description. Ur brother wants u to get annoyed. thats his plan, so do the opposite, act like u enjoy it or something Also, try to have some same interests as him and try to relate to him. My brother and I constantly fight, but one day when my family went out to dinner, our argument turned from how I hate the movies that he likes to this weird game of where we rate actors and actresses. I asked him girls and he asked me boys, and we kind of had a fun time and we started annoying our parents. It was weird. But the point is that even tho siblings can get really annoying, there can be ways to avoid having bad relations with your brother. You never kno, he can become ur best friend when u grow up, or something, lol

He's eleven. His only power over you is to annoy you or to annoy you into doing something that will get you in trouble. So, don't let him. When he's annoying, ignore him.
When he's not annoying, give him the attention he wants in a loving way. Spend some time with him. My guess is that now that you've gotten a little older, he's out of your life for the most part. Make some time for him and let him back in ON YOUR TERMS -- not when he's being annoying.

Kill him with kindness. Seriously. He won't know what to do with that, and it will drive him absolutely insane. If he's constantly doing stuff to annoy you, he's judging himself by how you react. If he can't get under your skin, you will end up getting under his. Be truly compassionate, ignore any words of hate, and go purposely out of your way to help him or say nice words to him. You will either drive him totally bonkers, or he will undergo a change and become the brother you want him to be. Promise.

He does those things because he knows that they will bother you. You need to also talk to your parents and let them know what is going on. I had four brothers and two of them were extremely rude to me. I just got to where I got fed up with it and started standing my grounds with them. I had to come right out and get mean with them. It didn't mean that I hated them, but I was showing them that they were stepping over my boundaries and I wasn't going to put up with their crap anymore.

Can you just shut him out? Go to a friend's house, or shut your door so he can't come into your room? Don't respond to him with the same kind of thing, and if you can don't let him see that what he says upsets you. He only does it to provoke a reaction, so if you don't give him that reaction, he'll stop doing it.

That's what little brothers do. They annoy and get on one's nerve, until 'he' gets tired of it. He will continue to do what he does until he gets a reaction out of you. Remember, he is still young, but will grow out of this annoying stage.

Parents will not help you. So you need to slap him hard. Everytime he pisses you off. You need to condition him against being annoying. Make him feel your hand everytime he thinks about saying something to annoy you.

He needs attention! Try giving him more time.It can be very difficult not to answer back. But you know, if you can't change the situation then change your attitude towards the situation.

If you don't show that these things bother you, he'll probably stop. He just knows that he's getting to you and that's the fun part.
