My sister, who owns & operates a lanscape company, can bench about 180, but she's over 40, now. I remember when she could do more.

Yes, check the Guinness book ... my wife can bench 130, I can bench about 180 now, but when I worked out a lot I maxed at 250. A normal sized adult male can work up to about 180 in bench in about 6 months. Now that you have some reference points, hit the gym and you will be pumping steel on the order of 150 in no time ... it is mostly about continued effort over time.
