i know allot about the aviation industry.
the "dirty sludge" goes to a tank in the rear of the aircraft and is shot to a pipe on the wing. after the plane lands the rampers [ the guys on the ground or tarmac] drive a sewage truck to the wing port and connect a hose and pump the "dirty sludge". this used to be all done by the flight attendants but now they have rampers.
recently there was laws on not to dump the restroom sludge in- flight.
and only when tail draggers were around did they dump commercial planes in-flight. a tail dragger is a plane that sat with the nose tilted up, 2 wheels in front and 1 really tiny one in the rear. they were put out of service in the '60's.

On the CRJ-200 the waste from the toilet is stored in a tank and is off loaded after landing much like an RV, waste water (grey water) from the bathroom and galley sinks is vented directly overboard through heated vents (to prevent the water from freezing) the water hits the airstream and is instantly turned into a fine mist as we are going around 400 MPH

I think it is usually kept in a holding tank until they land. I know of one instance when it was dumped in the air and hit my neighbors house. It coated the whole side of the house. It is probably lucky that they were Amish or someone would probably have been sued. I don't know if it was because of some type of emergency or what but it sure did stink.

Wast tank that is dumped into the stinky truck. Water from the sinks goes out a drain under the aircraft.

Depends on the age of the aircraft. Not to get too graphic, but, solids go into holding, liquids on older planes used to be released if the plane was at a certain altitude because it would evaporate.

The holding tank is called a bilge. It is pumped out after the plane lands. It is the same as with boats, cruisers, etc.

Small planes just have what is called a "relief tube". Its basically a funnel you pee into and the tube runs out the bottom of the aircraft into the atmosphere.
