Have you ever suffered nervous exhaustion, mental disorientation,

or brain strain as a result of employment?

Perhaps some are able to share a testimonial on this.

Research shows that in today's "knowledge worker" workforce, the highest incidents of work days lost are attributed to neurological or autoimmune conditions!! Nervous exhaustion, mental disorientation, and just plain fatigue all fall within this category.

Part of the cause of these incidents is that we still haven't learned how to "pace" ourselves. Our parents suffered muscle and bone and other physical ailments associated with employment. We, who find ourselves, sitting and looking at a computer monitor for hours on end; who talk, yell, interact with others, and who seem to be caught up with bureaucratic nonsense - we suffer from nerves, exhaustion, and other symptoms.

Yes. That's why I'm taking Monday off. Mental health day. Haven't had a "real" vacation in over 3 years, just a day here or there. PS: You may want to find a less stressful job... I'd hate to see your head blow up!!!
