I would talk to her mother, since she's around, if she doesn't know. And if her mother doesn't do anything, then tell your parents about it. Her life is now at risk, since she's run away from home, and if need be, you can go to the police and report her missing.

She needs professional help. Have her call a suicide hotline, or an intervention. Let someone you trust know that can help ie a teacher or parent

what is best is to tell some one that can help her.. you need to talk to her parents they will know what to do better there is not much you can do.... just be there for moral support.
