Here's what I did and it worked for me. My doctor told me there was a lot of research to support this.
Female sperm live longer than the male sperm. The trick is to have sex 3 and 4 days before your wife ovultaes, and abstain for the next 4 days, so that when she ovulates only the female sperm are still alive. Your wife needs to know when she ovulates for this work. Women typically ovulate 14 days before the start of a period, so she needs to track her cycles to know when that would be. There are ovulation predictor tests that will also help with this. I was very regular and just did the timing and it worked for me. This has also worked for 2 of my friends. Good luck.

i dont think that there truly is a way to pick or help along a gender your wife would have nothing to do with the gender part because it is the semen that determin the sexual orientation of the child (egg only carrys X chromosomes semen carrys X and Y chromosomes) there are of course wives tales and other "ways" to help the semen with the X to be stronger but nothing is proven to actually work unless the doctors have figured a way out of course there is always insemination im not 100% sure but i think that if doctors can try to only fertialize eggs with an X carrying sperm then that would be your best chance other than that i say good luck trying at least it will be fun and enjoy your new baby whatever he/she may turn out to be....

No process really influence,but going by mendelian principle
Find out from both side of the family the ratio of boys to girls in all including 1 st cousins and all relatives.Then total all boys and girls which equal your ratio or chances of you and or your wife of having a girl.Divide or Multiply to give yourself a percentage answer of your chance of having a daughter.50/50 is not a good chance.75/25 ratio is fairly good chance, equivalent 3 boys to 1 girl.100 percent chance is possible.

here is a website http://www.sexselect.com/hthag.htm that has book you can buy.Although I am sure its full of old wives tales, and they are never 100%. One method that MIGHT work try to conceive while your wives body temperature is slightly increased. I really believe it is always a 50/50 chance. There is a process called gender preselection, but you have to see a fertility specialist, and it will cost you a lot of money. I say just have fun trying to conceive and I hope whatever your baby's gender it comes out happy, beautiful, and healthy. Good luck!

try the Chinese chart calendar. i tried it and it worked. It states there what is the best time of the month to conceive to be able to give birth to a boy or girl according to the mother's age.

just have her on her back durning the time you are having sex. Thats should do it... it worked for me an my hubbie. Doggy style if you want a boy.
