Being worried is perfectly normal of course. The best thing you can do is stay positive and be supportive. Just wait for the results to come in. If she has it then, there is a chance that maybe the doctors can get to it. I have an aunt with cancer and a wonderful fiance who has battled cancer. His came back about a month ago, but they did the surgery for him and he's ok now, just having to go back periodically for them to check. I do hope all is well for your mother!

I am sorry to hear that. Try not to worry until the test results come back. You should still prepare yourself just in case it is. You need to be supportive to your mother and be there for her.
Keep in mind, cancer is not always deadly. With the modern medicine that we have, so much more can be done for a person
Hang in there.

Take a deep breath and try to relax, until you know for sure it's not worth getting all worked up over. If she dose have cancer you can be comforted in knowing that cancer treatments and cures have become much more successful in the last ten years. If she has some sort of blood cancer or inoperable type, just try to make her comfortable and spend as much time with her as possible. If your mother is diagnosed with terminal cancer, please contact me again. until then I can't tell you much more.
PRAY HARD, LIFE IS SHORT.

I guess you really appreciate your mom! There's nothing to do until the test results come back, so don't waste your suffering now. If your mom does have cancer, you just have to be as helpful as you can. Maybe she will be all right after treatment, maybe not; But you need to be ready to help if needed.

Well, first of all, hope and pray that it isn't cancer. But be aware that many people who have cancer do fully recover, so even if it is, don't give up hope. It's pretty natural to be worried. Let your mom know that you love her. She's worried too - anything you can do to make her life easier right now will help her a lot.
Good luck.

There is nothing you can do but wait for the results. Keep calm because you may stress your mom out even more. You will be surprised how much this will help. Keep the faith and think positive.

Why worry before you even know if you have something to worry about?
Pray for her-that is better than worrying.

do NOT panic and try to stay calm until you have the results and results confirmed. spend the time enjoying your mother, enjoying life, reassuring your mother that you are there for her no matter what and that early diagnosis is key to survival, et al.
