People magazine has an article with women giving various answers. What are your reasons?
1. Please don't answer if you are a tampon user - I don't care to hear about how you hate pads.
2. Please ONLY answer if you have an idea as to why - don't post a bunch of comments about how you hate belts... I want to hear WHY they are coming back.

Some of the answers given in the article: hold in place, don't kill you like TSS does with tampons even if you wear them correctly, won't move around, can wear without undies, don't stick to your body, etc.

tampons make may people very ill (TSS as you mentioned) that is why many women wear pads. if tampons were the perfect item for the process...only tampons would be sold. I wore tampons for about 5 years and suddenly could no longer wear them. i haven't even bothered with them again and it has been about 15 years. once you have TSS even a mild bought of it...you never want to go through that again.

I didn't read the article. I would think that the not moving around so much would be a good reason. The sanitary napkins strip of sticky stuff sometimes gets stuck on you underwear and that is yucky so you wouldn't have that problem. Don't have to worry about losing the pad. Feel more confident that it isn't going anywhere.
