Well everyone does commit sins but to your question the answer is yes, the only thing is we use to offer sacrifices to God for our sins some sacrifices were not a fresh lamb in Genisis Able offered sacrifices of fruits and veggies and this was acceptable to God..........You have asked a very intellegent question and I'm glad to see that. If you choose to live by the old ways then do so with accuracy and remember NO PIG meat read leviticus 11:7 you must do all things that God said in the old testiment and that my friend is hard

No- they would not. You can't go to heaven just by obeying the 10 commandments- you have to accept him as your savior. But I do beleive if you follow the ten commandments- you probably know you need to be saved. They also should know that they cannot be sinnless. Everyone sins. The only person that never sinned was Jesus.

No one can follow the 10 commandments, Jesus explained that even looking on a woman with lust is adultery and feeling hatred for someone is like murder. And everyone has lied at some point in time. So everyone must accept Jesus (if you want eternal life), for all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God.

Christianity, Islam and Judaism all accept the 10 Commandments as part of their belief systems. Adherents of Islam and Judaism certainly do not accept Jesus as their 'saviour' but believe they will go to heaven. Read a little more about beliefs other than Christianity - you may find it enlightening.

Dear hardtimes,
The Bible says that there will be a Judgment day and that the Ten Commandments will be Gods standard of perfection. Remember that Go demands absolute perfection in every thought word and deed. As you keep this in Mind let’s go thought the Law (Ten Commandments), and see how you will do on Judgment day.

Have you ever told a lie? (Even a white lie?)

Have you ever stolen something? (Even a pen, or something small?)

Have you ever looked with lust? (Have you ever-harbored sexual thoughts toward another person? Jesus calls this adultery of the heart.)

Have you ever hated someone? (Jesus calls this murder of the heart.)

Have you always put God first in your life?

Have you ever coveted something?

How do you do when judged by Gods standard? Have you kept each and every one of those in thought, word and deed? The Bible says that is what is required to "meet" Gods standard. If we have fallen short in even one part of the law, were guilty and The Bible says if God gives us Justice we will lose our souls forever in Hell.
The good news is that Jesus Christ suffered and died on the cross to take the punishment for our sin. We broke the Law, but Jesus paid our fine. If you and I will repent (turn from sin) and put our trust in Jesus, God will forgive us and grant us eternal life on the bases of Jesus’ sacrifice on the cross.

No, of course not.You can get into heaven by having faith, this is what I am taught, but you also need to do good works. If you obey the commandments is that not good works? Any way, I'm only hypothesizing, In the end, only God knows who will go to heaven.

Technically, the answer is yes. Practically the answer is no because someone can't go their whole life without ever breaking at least one of God's laws. That's why in the New Testament is says that the Law was our "schoolmaster" designed to keep us in line while showing us our need for a Savior.

Heaven I believe is a Christian Concept. Don't get me wrong, I am a Christain and I do believe in heaven. Well I am kinda wrong, Islam believes in heaven and it has a bunch of virgins there waiting on you. . Anyway, I think you would have to believe in Christ or Islam to go there. Every one else believes either you are recycled (reincarnation) or nothingness (athiest). But, there is always a but. The bible says God will have mercy on whom He will have mercy. His choice.
Hope this helps

No the only way to heaven is the acceptance of Jesus as your Lord and Saviour

Romans 10:9-10
9So you will be saved, if you honestly say, "Jesus is Lord," and if you believe with all your heart that God raised him from death. 10God will accept you and save you, if you truly believe this and tell it to others.

Followers of the New Testament are usually followers of the Beatitudes. Old testament followers are usually followers of the Ten Commandments.
There are many other holy books in the world that have similar policies on caring human behavior. There are many roads to God.
