what should a person do when the person you love is always working even though they say they'll get together with you and then don't ? should you stay with them or just move on and find someone else ?

That's going to depend on how much you love each other.
I'll be blunt to say that women need a lot of attention in a relationship. If a man cannot give the attention, then the man looses the woman.
My fiancee' and I have been seperated for over seven months, and we are still very much in love. We find every opportunity to talk to each other and do little things to make sure the other knows that we're there and still in love. Sometimes it's just an E-mail, but that E-mail can mean a lot to the other person.
You should take an opportunity soon to talk to your significant other, and express your feelings. If he needs to work, them find a way that youi two can connect to know that you're thinking of each other. It should be easy if he loves you. However, if he can't find a way, then he's going to loose you. You need to be stern about this too.

If they don't have the time for you, then make time to find someone who will. There has to be a balance between work and play, sounds like he's all work.

I would move on because they are not treating you how you should be or giving you the attetion you need. But if it a new spot or important spot in their career stay with them because maybe it will get better

People, even busy people, make time for things they value. If he's not making time for you then he doesn't value you. Go find someone who does.
