I don't get keloid scarring. I got the piercing about 2 weeks ago. I accidently bumped it and it got a little bit infected.It's not so serious that i'll die. It's actually much better now, just still a little bit swollen. I just want all the puss to finally come out.

If it needs to be drained, you really should see a doctor.
You may want to go on a temporary liquid diet for now. Food may have gotten in the wound. Rinse your mouth frequently with salt water, it helps to reduce the swelling. You can also use hydrogen peroxide for the rinse, but mix it with water as it might chemically burn the area of the wound. You might try alternating the two.
Take a clean, freshly washed face cloth soaked in the warmest water you can stand and place it gently on the abscess, this will soften the skin, increase circulation and help your body remove the infection.
If the abscess should start to drain, keep the area clean. Neosporin may help.
See you doctor immediately if it gets worse.

Is it an abscess? Or a keloid? How fresh is your piercing?

Go to the doctor - the piercing is infected, and you need antibiotics before the infection spreads to your bloodstream.
