You're not going to like this answer, but I'm going to give it to you anyway..
You're trying to play head games with the guy, and he's a better player than you. You're NEVER going to get him to miss you if you continue playing the way you have.
If you want him to 'miss' you, then date one of his close friends and rub it in his face. Odds are that it isn't going to work in your situation, but that's the most effective way to get a reaction out of an ex-girlfriend or ex-boyfriend.
What you really should do is move on. You're going to waste a lot of energy on this guy where there is a lot more fish in the sea to catch.
