I go with what Preacher has said, nothing in the world can justify the killing of innocent children.
this is sick, and has to stop.

It is important to seperate your question. This was an Israeli attack... NOT a Jewish attack. I have seen and heard several Jews that are absolutely outraged by this. World Jews were not a part of this. The radical Israeli government is the perpetrator of this horrendous massacre.

As for what needs to be done, I believe that the UN should impose sanctions on both Hezbollah AND the Israeli government IMMEDIATELY before any more deaths occur. If the Israelis do not cease operations within a couple weeks, an international military force should be sent to force Israel out of Lebanon and destroy their firepower.

Genocide leaves no survivors, you are speaking in rhetoric. While the deaths are a tragedy, they are in no way the same as what happened in Bosnia.

Perhaps, Hizbollah (who provoked the current situation) should shoulder some of the responsibility... As well as the Lebanese government who gave the terrorists sanctuary... Or is that too much to expect?

we also have to keep in mind who began the conflict, it was Hezbolah breaking an international border, and possibly under the incouragement of Iran to take attention off of their weapon programs... who knows??

So, It isnt as simple as you suggest

Hezbollah shot missles at Israel not knowing where they would land, even hitting the largest Arab city if Israel Nazareth as well as other targets and they could have hit schools and hospitals etc etc... as well

it is also a great difficulty if groups keep weapons in schools or on houses and it isnt clear that Hezbollah itself did not endanger arabs in doing these types of things. I am not saying Israel is not ever overly heavyhanded and should not sometimes be more restrained but it is quite difficult when a group is fighting on peoples roofs or staching weapons in populated areas, is it not?

I am all in favor of finding peacable areas of give n take as Condoleeza Rice suggests from both sides, but in all fairness, I can understand why Israel would feel threatened

I am very saddened by any inncent bystanders who get in harms way and hope for propper restraint on both sides and hope for long term peaceful solutions

AHEM ... to the poster below...Jesus comments to the Jews were to SOME Jewish religious leaders and not a blanket statement.. face it all his desciples and followers were initially Jewish and Abraham and Moses were Jews as were the prophets of the Torah

Difference is that Israeli do not deliberately target civilians.

Shouldn't you blame Hezbollah who's using civilians as meatshields, hiding in villages and under hospitals?

And why exactly are the unguided rockets fired at Israeli towns are not barbaric? B/c they do not do so much damage? So you're saying that if Hezbollah had bigger missiles, it would not use them?

The jews killed jesus the son of God. Don't you see they only have the guts to kill children. They are murderers and they always have been. Read John 8:44 and see what Jesus said to them you will be happy to read that he didn't like them either and he called them murderers to their faces and said they were the devils children. That as they say is that!

Did you ask the question, "Why did they attack?"

Not saying it was right or wrong, just saying I'm sure there's more to the story than, "Isreal is trying to wipe out an entire race of people or culture"

For one thing this is not a genocide. Hezbollah is not an ethnic group or a religion.
