Has anyone adopted a child that can tell us the best way that is the most inexpensive way to do it?

In our part of the world the least expensive way is through a public family social service agency.

The most expensive, by the way, is private adoption.

if you want to adopt a american child, call social services.otherwise try foreign adoption , my son did and got a wonderful little boy
