How do i get my partners sperm to stay inside without coming out?
i know some of its going to come out, but i had sex with my ex a few years ago and his semen didnt completly fall out like my current partner.
it seems more jelly then watery, i try keeping my legs up , and still falls out.
what do you think is the problem

I was told this by my fertility doctor which when I tried it, I concieved right away after trying for 8 mths. Basically, after your partner ejaculates, stand on your head. Use the wall as a support, and throw your body up against it to give you balance. Stay that way for as long as you can, dont pass out or nothing. The semen will fall out when you stand back up, but hopefully you did this during your fertile days so you should get pregnant. I am baseing this on there being no physical problems between you or your partner that is keeping you from concieving. Try Babycenter.com to chart your most fertile days. They do this based on your last menstrual cycle. Good Luck

You could always have him stay inside of you for awhile to make sure some stays in. All guys ejaculate is different so just becasue one was more runny and one is more jelly is just how it is. If you are worried that something is wrong with his sperm or ejaculate you could always go to a fertility center and have his sperm tested.

Place pillows or cushions under your butt to raise your hips after sex. Stay that way for about 30 minutes if you can. Remember that a single ejaculation produces millions of sperm, and you only need one to get through to get pregnant.

only some of it will stay in you. An egg only need 1 of the millions of sperm that go in.

after he ejaculates, have him just stay inside of you. then have him slowly pull out and lift your legs in the air so that your butt is lifted off the bed and hold it for a while.

Maybe he's not letting it all get in before he pulls out. Are you trying to get pregnant or something?
