I suspect the ship has minimum stability what should I do prior to unloading & how would I proceed prior to discharge, to me safety would be my 1st priorty, what else should I do ?

I would suspect unloading weight from the side opposite the cranes last would help balance the weight.

dont you have a procedure manual on loading container ships that would answer any questions,you should pass concerns onto your boss or be trained how to operate adequately first,sounds like a workcover investigation coming where you work soon
