If your hair is really short the stylist can probably only use small rods and the curls will be really tight so you may end up with a poodle look. If that's what you're aiming for, go for it. Otherwise if you don't want such a tight perm, you may have to let your hair grow an inch or two.

each cellular has DNA and that's consisted of two strands tightly woven around one yet another. the situation that forestalls the two strands from breaking aside is termed a telomeric cap (that's random nucleotide sequences called nonsense codons. Codon is a three sequence of nucleotides that codes for amino acids eg. CUU is a amino acid called proline . A nonsense codon is one that doesnt code for any amino acid production) every time your cells divide a small sequence is lost there via lowering the soundness of the cellular's DNA (in layman's words). this might ultimately lead do maximum of Ur cells' DNA growing to be to be volatile. and generally whilst a mistake happens in DNA the cellular will carry out motor vehicle cytolysis (cellular suicide) to avert issues. So once you're previous maximum of ur cells telomeric caps would be low and that they are services to die whilst they combat to divide.. Whats fairly interesting approximately this thought is the effect it has on evolution (with the aid of fact this occurs on the two meiotic besides as mitotic divisions. meaning that a species grows previous too before it mutates.. yet thats a distinctive tale)

With your face being round and your hair short, I would grow it out.It will only make your face look even more round.
