I think you have just made a good point so why should you ask for forgiveness?

It is kind of funny how people who claim to live a good christian life are the first ones to judge others? The other day I saw this woman driving a car and she cut me off almost making me run off the road and as she passed me she flipped me off. Not even 3 days later I see the same woman/car pulling into a church for Sunday services. I was kind of happy that I can be a good person every day and not have to worry about trying to redeem myself on Sunday for all the stuff I did through the week. I don't think that Christianity is a free ticket to heaven even if you are not kind to your fellow man. I am not atheist, in fact I don't know what I am religiously. I believe that I should treat every man/ woman and animal with the utmost respect. I don't think that I am better than anyone else. If I see a person or animal suffering I try to help ease their pain. I believe to be honest and kind and to never hurt anything living. Christians believe that it is OK to condemn everyone because we are not like them. I am glad I am not like them. I know I can face myself everyday with very little regret. I thought that the bible said not to judge or not to cast stones. Maybe modern Christians do not read those verses.

I think christains in this day and age, not to be disrespectful to any ony, but have become like the world. I talk to very few christians that will stand up for what the Lord has taught in his word, the Bible. We as christain have become weak and distant when it come to forgiveness to name one of the many things that are to be named. Forgiveness is one of the things that is hard at the best of times but if we where to do it as the Lord taught us to do it should be simple. I do beleive that there is nothing that can't be forgiven since the Lord went to the cross for us all.

"He don't know me too well, do he?" - Bugs Bunny
We are fallen short. All of us. It's really good that you would notice. Those that try to appear perfect are attempting to fool themselves, and aren't fooling anybody.
Likewise, those that impute a certain righteousness expectations upon us Christians are bound to be disappointed.
The Bible talks about an A ss.
Exodus 13:13 And every firstling of an a ss thou shalt redeem with a lamb; and if thou wilt not redeem it, then thou shalt break his neck: and all the firstborn of man among thy children shalt thou redeem.
That was an Old Testament type of Redemption. The type of Redemption that would occur when the Lamb of God was slain for all of us a sses.
So we are just saved a sses. Doesn't mean that we are not still a sses, just saved a sses.

I have not seen your other postings but let me make this observation. Could it be that some ppl would mistake a correction as being ragged on? Jesus also said not to cast your pearls (the knowledge of salvation) before swine(evil people). He specifically said no one could come to the Father(God) but unless he was drawn by God. Was Judas drawn by God or was it his thirst for money and power? We must be careful how we answer questions here that we are not misunderstood. I am sure I have riled a few ppl and I am sorry if my zeal got the better of me.

I don't know probably because they like to interpret the bible there own ways and some don't read the book of James and believe that every one that believes in christ will be saved by grace even if you are adolf hitler. So i think this is a reason why more christians aren't like Christ.

a real one will, but we're all human and even though someone might say they're a Christian that doesn't mean they are a good example of what they rep. There are lots and lots of hypocrites out there and there are lots and lots of people out there that do talk the talk and walk the walk.

I am! But, I'm not the one you need to ask for forgiveness! It doesn't matter whether one Christian in the world forgives you or not - only God (Jesus Christ)!

I read your previous posting and see nothing that you would have to apologize about.
The hatred and venom with which some Christians answer would be enough to turn any one away from Christianity.
