I may end to get no good answer but if I wouldn't ask I wouldn't get a chance to get at least maybe a cue, correct?:-)

This question is hard to answer because there is no city in America where all the citizens are the same religion or "wear the name of Christ" as you say. It would be easier to break it down by denomination, not city. Also, we all have differing definitions as to what "modest" means. In the seventeenth century it was scandalous for a woman to show her bare ankles, now it's not so bad. But as far as I know, the Mennonites, Quakers, Amish, and a few others dress pretty "modestly" regardless of what city they choose to reside in.

Well, I would add the Amish communities (whatever if they are Irish Amish, Scottish Amish, German Amish, etc...) are functioning more like sects. I saw an Amish couple today in the New York State and I wouldn't recommend you to go there simply because the woman was not only modestly dressed which is good but all her head was covered like a Muslim which is another extreme i.e. they are overly dressed in comparison of folks not being ashamed to be almost nude in public which is the other extreme.

Not a single city not entirely. Maybe an Amish or Hutterite village. There are many modestly and immodestly dressed in every city. It is sad. I feel many have lost the virtue of modesty.

Though there are more genuine Christians in the Bible Belt than in some other parts of America, even in the Bible Belt the percentage of true born again Christians is small but I would add inside what is considered the BB would be more than nothing at all.

Hmm.
Go marry a polygamist.
Or join an amish cult.
Go back in time.
Go to the middle east. Yes, they believe in Jesus too.
And those in the middle east cover up. Alot.
Or.
Be an individual.
And dress the way you want.
Or.
Go to Canada in the Toronto area.
Or.
Paris.
Or.
Yeah.

I haven't found one yet. The problem is that many Christians are Christians in name only and not very Christ-Like.
