Scriptures to prove no such thing as "once saved, always saved"
Jude 5, RS: “I desire to remind you, though you were once for all fully informed, that he who saved a people out of the land of Egypt, afterward destroyed those who did not believe.” (Italics added.)
Matt. 24:13, RS: “He who endures to the end will be saved.” (So a person’s final salvation is not determined at the moment that he begins to put faith in Jesus.)
Phil. 2:12, RS: “As you have always obeyed, so now, not only as in my presence but much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling.” (This was addressed to “the saints,” or holy ones, at Philippi, as stated in Philippians 1:1. Paul urged them not to be overly confident but to realize that their final salvation was not yet assured.)
Heb. 10:26, 27, RS: “If we sin deliberately after receiving the knowledge of the truth, there no longer remains a sacrifice for sins, but a fearful prospect of judgment, and a fury of fire which will consume the adversaries.” (Thus the Bible does not go along with the idea that no matter what sins a person may commit after he is “saved” he will not lose his salvation. It encourages faithfulness. See also Hebrews 6:4-6, where it is shown that even a person anointed with holy spirit can lose his hope of salvation.)

There aren't any scriptures to back this belief up. I'm with you. Once saved always saved is something man made up to help him feel better about all the sins he has committed. We must strive everyday to do what is right. We will fall short in trying this, but if we continue to pray and ask for forgiveness, only then will we walking in the light. And we must make an honest effort to not continue in the same sin daily.

This concept is based on a condition of REMAINING in a saved condition! Of course, a person can always turn their back on salvation and be lost! The bible is full of back-sliding stories!
The problem is that most folks that believe this- claim that once they are saved- that's it! They can live any way they want to and NEVER lose salvation again! But they are deeply mistaken!
I once asked some one that is a strong believer in this concept. And I asked him, well, you mean saved people can go out and steal, rape, murder and do all kinds of sins INTENTIONALLY and not lose their salvation- cause they have been saved? And he said, "That's right!"
So people that believe such a concept- are truly confused and are in dire need of spiritual help!

People who think on this doctrine of "as soon as stored, regularly stored" do not even recognise what they think. Does it imply, if you say, "I provide my center to Jesus", that it doesn't matter what you do from there on, you're stored, despite the fact that you resign Jesus? I've requested this query to individuals who declare this doctrine and I regularly get "good then, they had been NEVER stored". This is among the dumbest doctrines I've ever heard of. It is an excessively unsafe doctrine on the grounds that you would get individuals believing they're stored while they don't seem to be. It is a non-biblical doctrine that contradicts MOST of the New Testament. So very nearly, you are pronouncing that you simply are not able to stroll clear of Jesus and when you do, you had been by no means fairly stored? How dull is that! I've recognized individuals who had been very honest approximately serving God at one time, however later grew to become disenchanted and did not even declare to be Christian. So, below this doctrine, in the event that they had been to have died throughout that factor of their lifestyles, they might no longer were stored although they believed and adopted Jesus. Or later, you would say they had been nonetheless stored although they did not declare to be Christian. Wow, speak approximately contradiction! You would possibly not uncover specific scripture to aid that, best wishful pondering. There is this type of factor as "again-sliding" and Jesus' talks approximately it (parable of the sower) and the epistles deal with this as good. People, it is time to dig into your bible and no longer be deceived by way of fake doctrine!

Ephesians 1:13-14 "And you were included in Christ when you heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation. Having believed, you were marked in him with a seal, the promised Holy Spirit, who is a deposit guaranteeing our inheritance until the redemption of those who are God's possession- to the praise of his glory." (New International Version)
I don't think you can get a more clear verse that shows that the promise of salvation (the guarantee of our inheritance) comes with the deposit of the Holy Spirit. If you believe in you are given the Holy Spirit and you are "sealed". Definitive answer. I am curious why you don't believe in once saved always saved. Maybe you should ask yourself if the original conversion was genuine.

The theory of "once saved, always saved" is a myth. There is no portion of scripture that would support this idea.

first lets lok at the issue of sin rightoeunsess and judgement.
The Bible says there will be a dy of Judgement, every thought word and deed will be brought to light and no secret sin will remain hidden. The BIble says the Ten Commandments will be God's perfect standard of Judgement. If we have broken God's law by lying, stealing, looking with lust?, using Gods name in vain, failing to put God first, making any graven image, etc. we have broken Gods Holy law. the Bible make clear that those guilty of breaking Gods Law will be sentenced to Hell because God is perfect. Just as if a criminal stood before a guilty Judge, there is nothing we can do as far as works go to realease ourselves form Gods punishment. the Bible tells us that we are already condemned. When Jesus christ came and died on the cross he payed the penalty for all of our sins past, present, and futre. When we repent he forgives us of all of our sins, on the basis of what jesus christ did on the cross. This is pointed out in Ephesians 2:8-9 "for by grace are you saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: not of works, lest any man should boast.". Jesus paid it all on the cross and when we repent and put our faith and trust in Jesus our salvation is secured by Him (God). "And I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; neither shall anyone snatch them out of My hand."
-John 10:28 (NKJV).
so, in conclusion, If our salvation were based upon our works, then yes, we cuould lose our salvation. But the Bible makes clear that it is soely by Gods grace we are saved an thereofore we can never lose our salvation.

I don't believe it either, but my guess would be the passage that states 'if you confess Jesus is lord you will be saved.' Um... Romans 10:9-10. Once you do that, you're saved. Period. End of story. Of course, I think if you believe what you say, you will act on it, and if you don't act on it, that shows that somehow you don't truly believe his message.

I dont know the scripture but the justification for that is God knows when you have true faith. and once you achieve that your name will be written in the Book of Life. some people think they have faith but it's not true faith and they are not saved. I hope that makes sense and God Bless.
