I like the minty ones too!
But since I don't know how to make them I settle for cream cheese cookies, which are equally as delicious, but in a different way.

HOMEMADE is always the best no matter what kind.
Peanut butter or oatmeal raisin.
Oh wait! I love whipped shortbread too!
And I forgot about sugar cookies with icing!
Then there is ginger snaps and jamjams
And of course chocolate chip. . .
Lets face it. . . I love ALL cookies.
The only boughten cookies I like are Maple Creams only because I haven't figured out how to make my own. . . .. yet!

Peanut butter chocolate chip that I make myself, or peanut butter with the Hershey's Kisses in the middle.
Store bought? Nutter Butters or Girl Scout peanut butter cookies.

Wow, I can't pick just one. I love shortbread cookies esp. dipped in black coffee, crispy chocolate wafer cookies (like Oreos without filling), Nutter Butter, and of course, homemade chocolate
Oh, has anyone tried Peanut Butter Oreos? The bomb!
