Sit in the sun for a while. Not too long though. Getting your scalp sunburned is not pleasant. I had dandruff for three years after, but it is gone now.
Put lemon juice in your hair and sit in the sun.
Use a chamomile rinse.
Mix some honey in with your shampoo or conditioner.

go to a beauty supply store and pick a shade of your liking and get a 20 volume developer mix equal parts with the color process for the specified time. be sure to read directions for both color and developer.

i tried this myself. there's no other way than dyeing it. if you dye it just a little lighter, it won't hurt your hair, but go to a professional.
i heard that camomile tea could also help, but i've never tried it. it might work for your hair.
