I agree with the raw egg and Karo idea EXCEPT use honey instead of Karo. Honey has medicinal properties but Karo will just give hima sugar rush and then lower his immune system.
He is most likely shaking because he's cold or scared. It's just adjusting to his environment. He needs to have a blanket that is just his to curl up in so he feels safe. Try putting a little clock in the blanket with him. The ticking sound makes them feel safe; a reminder of the mother dog's heartbeat.
He may also have to go to the bathroom and not feel safe doing it so he's shaking.
If these aren't the case it could be a reaction to a vaccine. In that case it will hopefully go away in a few days but he may not want to eat much in the mean time.

give it a mixture of egg milk and Karo syrup. this should help. the egg has got to be raw. 1 egg raw 2 cups milk and about 2 tablespoons Karo. give it just some or it will slurp it all in.

What type of dog is it? Small breeds shake very often, and puppies do that all the time. Make sure he is warm enough, they can get cold easily. But small breeds just tend to do that. If he is otherwise fine, it's normal.

Awww.... although this is difficult for us sometimes it is normal for puppies. This helps them regulate their body tempuratures. Unless it is violent shakes like seizures, I would not worry about it to much.
