Depends on how old your kid is and how old the strangers are! If your kid is young then don't provide the candy. If the stranger is an adult keep your kid away.Only you can prevent terrible outcomes for your child and the fact that this child is your kid it should never happen again. Because if your asking the question then you obviously already know there is something not right! END IT!!!!!!
