Like alot of people have already said, microwaving fish is the least favorable method of cooking BUT I have done it when in a hurry.

First of all is the fish frozen or thawed?

If frozen fillets are being used, put them in a shallow microwavable bowl. Put a teaspoon of butter on the fillets and pour Real lemon juice over them, enough juice to almost cover. Sprinkle with seasonings ~ like some fresh chopped or dried dill weed. Cover and microwave about 3 to 5 minutes depending on how your oven cooks. This will "poach" the fish , and not dry it out or make it rubbery.

If the fish isn't frozen, you can use the same method only just cook for 1 or 2 minutes.
Fish is done when it turns white and "flakes" easily.

Well, if a microwave's all you've got, then you might want to just cook it for a minute or so at a time and check it (I'm unsure about this, myself, but...)--

You know how un-cooked fish is kind of translucent? It's fully cooked when the innermost, thickest part of it is opaque and firm. So... good luck with your microwave experiment, unless someone else turns up whose actually done it, but those are some pointers on when fish is done.

Is it dead yet? Cleaned? I don't think fish does well in the microwave. You end up with rubber fish.
