If this has been going on for 4 days and you're not getting better, you really need to see a doctor. I had one a couple of weeks ago, it was nasty... but they typically only last a day or 2 and then taper off over the next couple of days.
When you're suffering with this sort of thing it's best not to eat solid foods - only clear liquids (beverages, broth, jello).
Good luck to you.

Go to your doctor. In the meantime, until you can get in to see him/her, drink sports drinks like Gatorade or Powerade, and try the BRAT diet - bananas, rice, applesauce, and dry toast. Those are gentle on your stomach and bulk-forming foods, so they will help. You may also want to try Kaopectate, which is a clay-based medication that will absorb what is causing the diarrhea until you can get in to see the doctor.
