Find a good playground or playgroup and let them go to town. Go for out door walks. Sprinkler play is great fun, or buy a cheap water and sand table. Get an excercise tape and put it on for them you never knw what they might do with it my son sees it on tv and tries to do it himself. Look up some online things to try. Good luck

1. Play balloon volleyball (or atleast attempt to)
2. getting wet outside
3. try to teach the 2 yr old cards (might feel like a grown up)
4. have the 2 year old help you sweep or something ( feel like a grown up) sometimes little ones get a kick out of doing something like a grown up.

The earlier they wake up, the earlier they go to sleep. Maybe this will help them sleep through the night a little better too.

Good luck!

Get a toddler trailer to attach to your bicycle. Take them to a children's museum or interactive playground (with the water jets if they have them). Take them out walking around, visit nature trails, to mommy and me events at your local library (all free). Once they start moving and looking around (and even getting them very cheap digital cameras for them to take photos of what they see is interesting) can help keep them busy and happy. At about their ages, I would play with my two (and they are disabled) simple board games and puzzles in the evenings rather than turn in the TV -- it works.

Finger paint, if you warm the paint a bit it helps them relax, you can make it also with corn starch, water and food coloring if you are worried they will eat it, also play dough, water flour and salt
