Be nice and patient. You are young and girls change their minds about guys more often than they change shoes. If you are friendly and make an effort to be nice to her, she'll eventually want to spend more time with you. It also never hurts to ask her out when you know her heart is free. Taking her out will let her know how you feel and she'll get to know you better.
