you need to try and cool him off. while doing that, call an emergency vet and get him in ASAP.

Get him to the vets asap but in the mean time give him some ice chips or cubes with some water make sure he drinks on his way to the vet , keep him hydrated and try to keep him alert. goodluck

Cool him down with a luke warm bath not too cold thoe and get him some pedialite to replace his electrolites keep him in a cool place in front of a cooler or fan and he sould be fine make sure you keep him becoming dehydrated.

Fill a plastic bottle with cold water and put it next to him. But he is probably dehydrated & you should get him to the vet for proper care.
