The other is not at all attentive, very busy but financially very stable

OK, what am I choosing them for? Long or short relationship? A one night stand? Or marriage? I would choose different for different reasons :))) Not too smart is a definite turn off for me for a long term relationship or marriage, but might be OK for a short relationship or just having fun. Although the other guy's lack of attentiveness seems to be a major turn off as well. How about you keep looking cause these two are not Mr. Right?

If the sweet guy is respectul and hardworking then money doesn't really matter.
If the sweet guy makes you happy, then you reallly don't need a stable and unattentive guy thats probably going to cause you more grief in the end than make you happy.

I would rather have a man love me and is as poor as a church mouse than someone that doesn't even care about me. So I guess I'm choosing the first answer.
(But if a man is perfect, I'll choose that person----of course!)

as long as he is not a loafer the first choice poor or not is best. I am okay with a poor, good man, but I would still like to see him somewhat motivated to keep a job.
