Aw dont feel so bad you arent exactly what i call "FAT" but maybe you are gaining because you are about to grow. Wait a while. Maybe you will have a growth spurt, and the extra weight will seem to disapear since, you know, will have grown. In the mean while, while you are waiting for this growth spurt, Go Shopping!!! You can get more clothes, and it is kind of some way of exercise. You know, walking all over the mall can be tiring! Wish you luck!

I understand because you have gained 15-20lb, that it might be making you feel unhappy, because it's quite a large gain in 4 months, however 124lb is not fat for your height. And if you can still get in to size 2-4's I would worry too much.
Just eat healthily, get plenty of exercise and you should soon see the inches and pounds drop off. But don't obsess about being 105-110lb, maybe somewhere in the middle like 115-120lb would be great, considering you are now a grown woman and not an adolescent anymore. It's normal to gain a few pounds as you enter adulthood. HTH.

Because you're not 14 anymore. As you get older your metabolism slows and you can't eat the same way you did when you were younger. I wish I weighed 124 lbs again!! Just need to work at losing it by eating a better balanced meal and exercising more.

If you're 19 now, does that mean you're in college now? The freshman 15 is not a myth-- when you leave high school and start college, your eating and exercise habits change, even if you don't realize it. Even small changes can add up over time. The best way to get rid of it is to watch what you eat more closely, and exercise more.

Go to a doctor. You may very well have an underactive tyroid. That can be fixed with medication. Other then that, exercise more. Walk, run, lift weights, etc. Stop eating unhealth foods like fast food and junk food. Try and eat whole wheat products and read the food labels. Watch what you eat but dont go over board.

I know you may think you're fat, but you're at the 48th percentile of your age and weight which means your HEALTHY. If you still want to lose weight, start some cardio. Start by running 1/4 of a mile every day, then go up to 1/2, and then go a full mile. You'll start to see pounds drop. Also, try to limit carbs and go for more protien and of course fruits and vegetables.

Late teens through 20s is when *most* people look the best. Most likely you just blossomed. Also, our personality changes in high school even though we don't recognize it right away. I get impression that you're active and involved in a lot of activities, which would make you more attractive to girls.

uhmmm . . . Pregnant?
Someone's feeding you Snickers in your sleep?
Try drinking at least 4 quarts of water each day, eating only 800 calories, and walking two miles. In three days, you'll lose three pounds. That will give you incentive to be careful about eating and getting enough exercise in a reasonable pattern.
