World War III?

With all of the crap going on in the Middle East and in North Korea how close do you think we are to another World War? What countries would actually be on our side?

The real issue is if the chinese are stupid and evil enough to turn into the new nazi aggressor.

When it really comes down to it, the muslims are weak. If they ever got it into their heads to actually cause significant damage to the western world via nukes or something, they would be wiped off the planet in a matter of minutes.

I think the Axis is going to be Costa Rica, Liechtenstein, Finland, Ireland, Sweden, Switzerland, Austria, Turkmenistan, and Laos. It's always the quiet ones you have to be worried about.

Besides, the Swiss really need to put their Army Knives to good use. You're all going to be screwed when the Swiss break out their... err... corkscrews.

There's a quote from "A Hunt for Red October" that states the next major war will be one with no monuments. Russia and the US still have enough nukes to wipe everyone out several times over. Plus the idea of a Nuclear Winter scares me more than the intial strike. I'd perfer to be vaporized in the first exchange.

The crap happening in the middle east is only for the short term, there's a bigger picture, its who controls the worlds oil supply in the future. America wants to influence and emerging superpower say in 30yrs time through restricting oil and crippling their economy. World war 3 will break out when the oil starts to run out, countries will go to war, most likely, its going to be a Russo-china alliance against India, US, UK and the usual suspects.

I don't believe we will be in another world war. There are problems but nothing to sever, at least so far, to being a world war. If however there were one, I think the majority of the world would be on our side. The enemies of ours are enough of a threat to the rest of the world, I think if the situation was such that push came to shove, they would have to choose our side or remain neutral.

There has always been conflict in the Middle East. Trust me, this latest stuff is nothing new. The media just "decided" to cover this particular conflict.

conflict on Terror is the international conflict III. it is extremely distinctive from the final twp super wars yet surely this is aworld conflict. considering a good style of international locations are dealing with the challege. it will be an prolonged conflict with far extra loss of lives spearding around the international and a good style of death.

The Muslims are fighting, murdering, blowing up, killing innocent civilians of all faiths, all nationalities around the world on a daily basis for the sole purpose of advancing their religion. It is a simple as that.

A group of people who indiscriminately launch hundreds of rockets at cities of another country for the purpose of terrorizing it's citizens. Where have I seen this before?

Oh, I remember now, the V-1 rockets, the V-2 buzz bombs. That's right, Hitler and the Nazis (sounds like a new rock group).

But what about a group of people bent on wiping out the Jews, where have I seen this before?

Oh, yes. The concentration camps. Hitler and the Nazis again.

And the grandparents of the people who justify and support Islam were the same ones saying "zeig heil" in the 1930's

There will never be peace on earth as long as Muslims are anywhere. This is not about Israel. The Muslims are just using Israel as a scape-goat the exact same way the Nazis did.

Pretty close. Most of Europe and countries that enjoy some mesure of freedom. Even some of the Muslims countries will start crying USA Please help us! When the sh*t hits the fan and their people start dying from bombs sent by other Muslim countries.

I don't know but it really sucks. The greatest man I know is being deployed to Kuwait for 6 months and it sucks!!!!!
