Well, it is actually pretty common that some woman don't like to receive oral. I guess it is because they are self conscious about themselves. It just depends on how comfortable you are with yourself. But, at least attempt to have your partner try. Trust me, you'll enjoy it.

No, that is not weird. Everyone doesn't make that a big deal like most. Frankly, I'd rather have good sex than good head but I love (not just mind) giving head to my partner. I think it is the reaction that turns me on. I love to make a man weak.
