I had all 4 of mine pulled at one time I was eating normally about a week and a half after it really depends on you I say if you try to eat it and have no pain then you are doing ok but if it gets painful then stop. Just be careful not to chew on the socket site and you should be ok and after wards rinse your mouth out with water.
Good luck. I know how you feel and must be looking foreward to it.

Sure, eat slowly, and then be sure to rinse your mouth out with salt water straight after to make sure that nothing has been caught in your wounds.

If it hurts when you do that - DON'T DO THAT! You should be eating pretty much whatever is comfortable by now.
