Overcooking anything generally destroys whatever nutrients are in the food. Oil or fat do not 'burn out' with overcooking. The meat will be dryer due top a lack of moisture, ie water based fluids, rather than fat. If you are worried choose lean cuts or use cheaper ones but cook slowly over a longer period, such as in a casserole.

Yes it takes the fat out of it but that does not necessarily mean healthier. Your body needs some calories from fat every day. The whole idea is that too many calories from fat it unhealthy. That's the idea behind a balanced diet. Mostly overcooking meat just makes it tough and taste bad.

no because you cant burn the fat off cut the fat off first and then but little oil and thats healthy
