Do you feel any different? I'm not sure if I should take it. I'm 18. Should I be taking Centrum or does it not matter what vitamin pills i take?

It's doesn't matters.
If you eat normal food every day (NOT MC Donald's ) you get all the vitamins needed.
In autumn and spring it's usefull to take some complex vitamins for imunity but in summer it's no need for them.
Also if you take one kind of vitamins all the time it's makes no change and become useless

I can only speak for myself, but I know that prior to taking a one-a-day vitamin and mineral pill, I would frequently get colds etc. Basicly, most people just don't eat the foods daily that contain the RDA that the body needs, and, to me, the pill covers the bases that regular eating doesn't. It's your choice, but I'd take the supplemental pill.

If you are taking Centrum you may as well be eating yellow food coloring.

Try these instead, by Rainbow Light. You can get them at this website or natural food stores usually carry them (but they are cheaper online.)
