I dye my hair myself. It is a lot cheaper. If there is a Sally's beauty supply in your area that is the best place to buy it because it is a better product than what they sell at Wal-mart or any drugstore..... It is simple to use also. I buy wella hair dye......and mix it with 20 developer. The directions are on the inside of the box. I bought a squeeze bottle to mix it in.I pour 3 oz. developer into the bottle and add hair dye.Just ask one of the people that works there and they are usually very helpful. Good Luck!

I have been dying my hair at home for ages, and it real isn't as hard as people make it out to be. Highlights are the exception, I would have those done in a salon, but dying your hair one color is not at all difficult.

Buy a box of dye, perhaps one or two shades lighter or darker than what you now have, and follow the instructions. I would do it in a bathroom, make sure you have a watch to keep track of time and spray bleach to clean up drops on the floor.

I usually strip or wear old clothing, and I read magazines while I wait. Don't use black hair dye unless you plan on making it permanent, and if you already have really dark hair or want really dark hair, know that you cannot dye it that much lighter without first bleaching your hair. If you have any more questions feel free to contact me, I can help.

It's really no big deal. All the instructions are in the box. Just be sure you pick a color a shade or two lighter than what you think you want the result to look like. I don't know why, but everyone I've ever talked to says the same thing I discovered -- the result always seems to be darker than the picture on the box. Maybe you should try the semi-permanent colors (Level 1 or 2) until you've found the shade you feel best with. Level 3 coloring is very permanent.

Read over the directions first, and read carefully! Then do it step by step, and for a burst of color when your done apllying the dye put your hair in a shower cap, IT WORKS! Also, wash it out in the shower, dont put your head under a faucet, it takes WAY to long and dosent get all the dye out. Hope I helped!

If you want to be bald, dye your hair at home. I would go to the professionals if I wanted to have some hair.

hey....it is easy.....you just have to follow the instructions....take care that you don't drop anything on your clothes...:D...and if you are going to dye your hair in some darker colour make sure to put some cream on the spots where might be reached by the colour.... ( forehead, ears, neck)

bye byeeeee
